Complimentary scheduled maintenance comes standard with every new MINI and is one of the most comprehensive scheduled maintenance programs in its class. This program covers recommended scheduled maintenance for up to 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first), and our MINI Service Center in Knoxville is here to give your ride the care it deserves.

To receive these services at no cost, just schedule an appointment at your authorized MINI Dealer while your MINI is covered by this program. And since all services will be performed by a MINI-trained and certified technician, using genuine MINI parts, your car will be maintained to our exacting standards so you can enjoy your Oak Ridge, TN drives with confidence.

Engine Oil Services

Engine oil services at MINI of Knoxville include checking your oil level and condition, as well as changing your engine oil and filter. Changing the oil in your MINI is essential to its long-term health and performance. Each time you start your MINI, go for a drive, and shut it off, you're adding heat and wear that breaks down your engine oil. Over time, that makes your oil less capable of providing proper lubrication to the fast-moving metal parts inside your engine. In addition, the engine oil filter can only capture so many contaminants, and when it loses its filtration ability, those particles end up suspended in your oil. This makes engine wear even more detrimental and can drastically shorten the life of your MINI. Brake Fluid Service

Complimentary Scheduled MINI Maintenance or MINI Maintenance+ coverage applies only to U.S.-specification MINI vehicles imported and distributed by MINI USA and sold or leased through authorized MINI Dealers. Vehicles purchased or leased from MINI Dealers in any other country do not qualify for Complimentary Scheduled MINI Maintenance or MINI Maintenance+. Visit miniusa.com/maintenance for details. 2.  The MINI Maintenance Program covers all factory-recommended maintenance services as determined by the Service Interval Indicator for all new eligible model year 2004 until model year 2016 MINI vehicles. For vehicles model year 2004 until model year 2016 specific additional items that need replacement due to normal wear and tear are also covered. The maintenance coverage period is for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Exclusions from coverage include: gasoline, gasoline additives, windshield washer fluid, fluid
top-offs, battery, tires, wheels, wheel alignment and tire balancing. All work must be performed by an authorized MINI Dealer. See the Service and Warranty Information booklet for specific terms, conditions and limitations. Further information can also be obtained from your authorized MINI Dealer.
3.  The Complimentary Scheduled MINI Maintenance program covers all factory-recommended scheduled maintenance services as determined by the Service Interval Indicator for all new eligible model year 2017 and later MINI vehicles. Specific additional items that need replacement due to normal wear and tear are not covered. The maintenance coverage period is for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Exclusions from coverage include: gasoline, gasoline additives, windshield washer fluid, fluid top-offs, battery, tires, wheels, wheel alignment, wear and tear items such as brake pads, brake rotors, wiper blades, clutches and tire balancing. All work must be performed by an authorized MINI Dealer. See the Service and Warranty Information booklet for specific terms, conditions and limitations. 4.  Spark Plugs and Oxygen Sensor Service is eligible only when required within a Standard or Upgraded MINI Maintenance Program period, as outlined in the Service and Warranty Information booklet or when displayed in the Service Interval Indicator
5.  Savings of 30% or more are estimated compared to paying for each maintenance visit individually. Your actual savings may vary.
6.  Certain restrictions apply when purchasing coverage once your previous coverage period has ended. Limitations or additional fees may apply.
7.  MINI Value Service available only at participating MINI Dealers. All work is carried out by MINI trained technicians using MINI Original Parts, which come with a two-year unlimited mileage limited warranty.
