Pam writes, "I first dealt with Grant when I bought my Clubman. Very knowledgeable and personable. No pressure whatsoever, plus he gave us a great deal as it had been only a month since they had opened in Knoxville. The initial service guy (who is no longer there and shall remain nameless) was a little stressed out, and didn't seem to know what he was talking about. I bought some running lights in January, and he failed to tell us about the cost of labor. When I brought the car in to get the lights, he then told me about the ~$400 labor charge. Not good, and my husband was furious. Dave then tried to call my husband, reach out and try to understand our situation. Dave has always been very professional, level-headed, understanding, pleasant to work with. Then I met Scott. Extremely friendly. It seems like I have known him forever.
